Sunset

Tonight's sunset was so beautiful. The snow was still softly falling and it was such a sight to see. The pictures don't even do it justice. I tried to take a picture of it in the natural light. I had to snap some and share these. 

A fun day with Nanna

We had Savannah over the other day as she is an absolute riot. Grayson who is Jax's best buddy had to have his appendix taken out so we watched Nana for Kristen. She kept us entertained all day and I was laughing so hard when she tackled Madden with a big bear hug, and planted a big kiss on him. We really enjoyed her and can't wait to have her come play again. We are so glad Grayson is doing better.

Scarlett has the funniest facially expressions. Lately she scrunches her face up and smiles at us so hard and we all die laughing. She is hilarious. It's really fun to see her cute little personality come out more each day.

The other day we were in the kitchen and Scar stood and stood there and we started to scream and cheer. Then she got excited and kept standing and then clapped for herself and we cheered even more. Love this cute girl so much.

11 months of Scarlett

Our Scarlett is now 11 months old! WOW, this has been the fastest year ever. Oh, Scarlett if only you knew how much love and joy you have brought into our family! Some fun facts about Scar at 11 months. •she is sleeping through the night • only takes one nap • drinking 3-4 bottles a day • loving real food and not a fan of baby food • size 3 diaper • 12-month clothes • loves the bath • loves to read and chew on her books • is into pulling all the books off her shelves including her brothers • puts everything Into her mouth • sucks her little thumb •love her saranoni blanket ( it has to be the the light pink one) • still doesn’t have any teeth • can say mama • can say a da da • she is standing for a few seconds on her own • will walk if you hold her hands • hates getting her diaper changed • hates having a poopy diaper she loses her mind • loves her brothers • gives the best slobbery kisses • has a new smile where she scrunches her face, she does this if she likes a new food item, or is so excited • she is waving • she can almost blow kisses • she loves riding in the car and the stroller • she’s pretty happy most of the time • she follows me all over the house and cries when i leave her behind • her hair is really growing in. She’s is my best little friend and sidekick. • she’s such a sweet little girl. • she can clap her hands • shake her head no no no. We are so thankful for her every single day. 6 years in our House

We have been in our house for 6 years. I still love it and am so thankful to be here. We have done a lot of things to improve it, and still have quite a bit more we want to do to it. Our realtor told us we'd be wanting to move by 5 years and I remember thinking he was crazy. Joe was ready by year 4, and still wants to move. We have made some wonderful friends, have a fantastoc ward, and are surrounded but incredible people. We live on the best street too. It's been a great 6 years, I look forward to many more years. at least 4-5 is what Joe says. 

Madden's Half Birthday at preschool

Sense Madden's Birthday is the end of August he got to celebrate his Birthday this week at preschoool and be the star student of the week. I am so glad his teacher reminded me, otherwise I would not have looked at the calendar and missed it. He was so thrilled he could hardly stand it. We worked on his poster and he got to pick out the treat that he wanted to take. Scarlett and I got to go along with him and tell the cute kids all about Madden. It was such a fun week for him.
